深圳灣體育中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)

郭宇飛,陳彬磊,張勇(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]由于整體結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性,深圳灣體育中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點(diǎn)類型多達(dá)十幾種,如網(wǎng)殼節(jié)點(diǎn)、網(wǎng)殼落地節(jié)點(diǎn)、樹形柱柱腳節(jié)點(diǎn)、樹形柱分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)、樹形柱分枝與網(wǎng)殼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)等,其中樹形柱分叉處的彎管節(jié)點(diǎn)更是工程的獨(dú)創(chuàng)。對(duì)于一些關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),由于匯交桿件較多,構(gòu)件之間的空間關(guān)系復(fù)雜,節(jié)點(diǎn)受力較大,導(dǎo)致節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)難度很大。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)中的主要節(jié)點(diǎn)類型,討論了節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的強(qiáng)度和剛度準(zhǔn)則;采用殼體和實(shí)體單元,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵和復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了三維有限元分析,基于參數(shù)化模型,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)和傳力模式進(jìn)行了研究和優(yōu)化。[關(guān)鍵詞]樹形柱; 分叉節(jié)點(diǎn); 設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則; 有限元; 體育中心中圖分類號(hào):TU393.3;TU356 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)17-0071-04Design of key joints in steel structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports CenterGuo Yufei, Chen Binlei, Zhang Yong(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: As the complexity of overall structure, there are many different steel structure joints in Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, such as latticed shell node, shell landing node, dendriform column foot node and furcation node, joint between tree-column branch and latticed shell, etc. The dendriform column furcation node with curved tubes was an original innovation of this project. For some key nodes, the detail design was difficult due to intersection of several members, complex spatial relationships between them and large nodal forces. Several main joint types are presented, and design criteria about strength and stiffness in joint design is discussed. By using shell or solid elements, three-dimensional finite element analysis was carried out for some key and complex joints.
