(1 艾奕康咨詢(xún)(深圳)有限公司北京分公司, 北京 100025;2 中鐵置業(yè)集團(tuán)西安有限公司, 西安 710065)[摘要]中鐵·西安中心塔樓地上51層,地下3層,結(jié)構(gòu)屋面高度222.60m。地上主要為辦公用房,地下主要為設(shè)備用房和停車(chē)場(chǎng)。塔樓為混合結(jié)構(gòu),采用型鋼混凝土柱框架+型鋼混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架體系,核心筒、底部加強(qiáng)區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的框架、加強(qiáng)層及其上下各層的框架的抗震等級(jí)均為特一級(jí)。由于多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)超限,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了性能化設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算及關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層建筑; 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 抗震分析中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)23-0042-05Structural design of super-high building for China Railway Xi’ an CenterHan Yudong1, Wang Liwei2, Long Huiyuan1, Zhu Jian2(1 Beijing Branch, AECOM (Shenzhen), Beijing 100025, China; 2 Xi’an Company of China Railway Real Estate Group, Xi’an 710065, China)Abstract: The tower building of China Railway Xi’an Center is 222.60m high with 51 layers above ground used as office and 3 layers underground mainly used as equipment layers and parking lots. The tower building is designed as hybrid structure that adopts steel reinforced concrete column frame-corewall with outriggers.
