帶大懸挑中庭的鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]浦東金融廣場(chǎng)商業(yè)樓采用鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)形式，地上12層，高69m，面積約12萬(wàn)m2，8層以下采用屈曲約束支撐。根據(jù)建筑布置需要，樓層南北中庭有兩個(gè)較大的橢圓形開(kāi)洞，并造成最大約11m的懸挑。針對(duì)大跨度懸挑梁，概念性的提出加強(qiáng)措施，并進(jìn)行了人行激勵(lì)荷載下的舒適度分析。同時(shí)介紹了彈性和靜力彈塑性分析，樓板內(nèi)力分析，轉(zhuǎn)換柱和躍層柱的設(shè)計(jì)。

Structural design of concentrically braced steel frame with large-scale cantilever beam atrium

Abstract: Retail of Pudong Financial Plaza is a 12-floor building, with 120 thousands square area, 69 meters high. The project adopts concentrically braced steel structure, with buckling-restrained braces are installed below the 8th floor. To fulfill the architectural layout, there are two elliptical openings every floor, which makes up to 11 meters cantilever beam. Strengthen measures were taken to make up for the disadvantages of cantilever beam, and the floor serviceability under people’s step load is also studied. Also, the analysis on push-over, floor internal stress, transitional column and thermocline column is introduced separately too.
