內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱的濕度擴(kuò)散分析

[摘要] 內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱在現(xiàn)代超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱混凝土累積的收縮徐變產(chǎn)生的豎向長期變形[1]對(duì)于結(jié)構(gòu)豎向荷載的重新分配以及水平構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力水平有著重要影響。內(nèi)埋型鋼對(duì)濕度擴(kuò)散的阻礙作用,使得內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱的濕度擴(kuò)散不同于普通鋼筋混凝土柱,巨型組合柱的長期豎向變形也不同于普通鋼筋混凝土柱[2]。然而,目前在實(shí)際的內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱的設(shè)計(jì)中,并沒有真正考慮型鋼對(duì)于混凝土中濕度的阻礙作用,因此用計(jì)算普通混凝土柱的收縮徐變計(jì)算模型計(jì)算,過高的估計(jì)了內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱的收縮徐變值。本文對(duì)構(gòu)件的濕度擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)內(nèi)埋型鋼巨型組合柱和普通混凝土柱濕度擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。

Differential moisture distribution analysis of mega SRC columns

Abstract : Mega SRC columns with complex embedded steels become widely applied in the structural system of contemporary super-tall buildings. The long-term vertical deformation of mega SRC columns due to cumulative creep and shrinkage strains has significant impact on the vertical load redistribution and stress level of critical horizontal structural members. The differential moisture distribution of mega SRC columns is quite different from that of ordinary RC columns due to the presence of complex embedded steels, and thus the long-term deformation of mega SRC columns is quite different from that of ordinary RC columns. However, the interference effects from the presence of complex embedded steels are actually not considered in current design practice of mega SRC columns, and thus overestimate the drying shrinkage and drying creep of mega SRC columns in comparison with ordinary RC columns. Moisture distribution analysis and contrast of mega SRC columns and ordinary RC columns are applied in this study to investigate the difference of moisture distribution between mega SRC columns and ordinary RC columns.
