CRB600H鋼筋在板類構(gòu)件中的應(yīng)用

（鄭州大學(xué)綜合設(shè)計研究院，鄭州 450002）［摘要］CRB600H高延性冷軋帶肋鋼筋是國內(nèi)近年來研制開發(fā)的新型冷軋帶肋鋼筋，它具有明顯的屈服點、塑性好、強度高與混凝土握裹力強等優(yōu)點。結(jié)合工程實例，對配置不同強度等級鋼筋的樓板進(jìn)行了承載力極限狀態(tài)和正常使用極限狀態(tài)計算，分析對比了各種強度等級鋼筋在樓板中的用量，指出CRB600H高延性冷軋帶肋鋼筋用于現(xiàn)澆樓板中，具有較高的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益，建議在工程實踐中大力推廣應(yīng)用CRB600H鋼筋，促進(jìn)鋼筋的升級換代。［關(guān)鍵詞］ CRB600H;高延性冷軋帶肋鋼筋;最小配筋率;鋼筋用量;推廣應(yīng)用中圖分類號：TU511.320.6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0708-04Application of CRB600H in the slabsYu Qiubo,Xie Lili,Liu Lixin, Jiang Hui( Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: CRB600H is a new cold rolling at home in recent years developed the ribbed bar,it has obvious yield point,good plasticity,high strength and high bondability,etc．Combining with the engineering example,floor on the allocation of different strength grade steel for bearing capacity limit state and serviceability limit state calculation,analysis and comparison of the amount of different strength grade reinforced in the floor,and points out that CRB600H for cast-in-situ floor board,has high economic benefit and social benefit,suggestions vigorously promote the use of CRB600H steel bar in engineering practice,and promote the upgrading of reinforced.Keywords: CRB600H;cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation;minimum steel ratio;the amount of reinforcement;application
