[摘要]建筑平面內(nèi)部中空,類似巨型煙囪,結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-剪力墻抗側(cè)力體系,屬于高度超限建筑,同時(shí)存在平面扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、側(cè)向剛度不規(guī)則及搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換等不規(guī)則項(xiàng)。設(shè)計(jì)采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系各項(xiàng)相關(guān)參數(shù)滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)整體及各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均可達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of an office building in Guangzhou Biological Island

Abstract: The architectural plane is hollow in the middle as a giant chimney. The structure, which adopts lateral resistant system of frame-shear wall, is an out-of-code building which exceeds the requirements of height of the code and exists irregularity conditions as torsional irregularity, floor discontinuity, lateral stiffness irregularity and the lapping column transfer. Performance-based seismic design method was used in this tower. The result shows that relevant parameters can meet code requirements, and the seismic performance of the whole structure and components can reach the expected performance objectives.
