輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程風(fēng)荷載取值探討

[摘要輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程在施工過程中各構(gòu)件陸續(xù)安裝就位,不但體系的力學(xué)性能與設(shè)計時用以計算和分析的完整體系不同,其風(fēng)荷載也和使用階段有較大差異。依托某輕鋼光棚工程,采用商用CFD軟件 FLUENT,分別計算0°和45°兩個風(fēng)向角時各榀剛架上的風(fēng)壓系數(shù)分布,探討施工過程中屋蓋上的風(fēng)荷載取值,為同類結(jié)構(gòu)施工驗算提供參考。

Discuss on the value of wind loadings of light-weight steel structures during construction process

Abstract: Not only the structure systems but also the loadings of light-weight steel structures are varying during the construction process. Therefore, one typical light-weight project has been analyzed with CFD software FLUENT as an example to obtain the changing regularity of wind loadings in this paper. Two wind direction angles with 0°and 45°are considered in the numerical simulation and the values of wind pressure coefficients are calculated. Moreover, the wind loading results can be applied to similar structures
