柔性提升方法的4根繩長的受力敏感性的分析

[摘要在中國商飛部裝廠房3萬㎡焊接球屋蓋整體提升的施工過程中,運用Midas Gen7.80版本軟件對柔性提升方法中的4根鋼絲繩進(jìn)行了受力分析。分析表明4根繩中,有一根繩長有微小的變化都會造成提升系統(tǒng)的較大變化。通過大量的計算與分析得出了合理的繩長變化度和施工的精度結(jié)合點。該方法能為為同類工程鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的構(gòu)件的加工和安裝提供指導(dǎo)。

Abstract:  Analyze the safety of flexible enhancing the overall roof with Sap200014.0 while constructing the COMAC ministry of installed plant. The analysis showed that one rope length small changes will cause larger changes in the hoisting system in four ropes. Through a lot of calculations and analysis to come to a reasonable degree of change of the length of the rope and construction accuracy combined. This method can provide some experiences to the construction and fabrication of the steel member of the project.
