青海玉樹地震民用建筑震害調(diào)查和分析

（1甘肅土木工程科學(xué)研究院，蘭州 730020；2.蘭州理工大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院，甘肅 蘭州 730020）[摘要] 通過對玉樹地震災(zāi)區(qū)房屋應(yīng)急評估和調(diào)查，對建筑物的震害進行了整理和分析。根據(jù)評估結(jié)果分析認為，建筑物主要存在以下缺陷：1）未按規(guī)范設(shè)置構(gòu)造柱和圈梁；2）普遍采用預(yù)制樓板；3）砌體基本為混凝土空心砌塊；4）施工質(zhì)量差。 最后提出了相應(yīng)的措施和若干建議。[關(guān)鍵詞] 玉樹地震; 砌體結(jié)構(gòu);混凝土空心砌塊;震害調(diào)查;應(yīng)對措施中圖分類號：TU352.1 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-1051-04Investigation and Analysis of Building Damage inZheng Jianjun1, Liao Yongshi2, Du Lei1,Niu jinliang1(1. Gansu Science Research Institute of Civil Engineering;Abstract: Based on the emergency assessment and investigation of building damage in Yushu city caused by earthquake on April 14, 2010, the earthquake damage of building have been analyzed. As a result of our investigation and analysis, most of the buildings there were found to have some shortcomings that can be summarized as the following: (1) Grid and column was not constructed according to the standard; (2) Prefabricated floor was adopted; (3) The masonry was the native concrete hollow block ; (4) Poor quality was seen with most of the buildings.
