(上海建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，上海200041)[摘要] 西郊莊園大酒店項(xiàng)目屬于超限項(xiàng)目，主要表現(xiàn)為平面不規(guī)則和立面不規(guī)則。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法，驗(yàn)證不同水準(zhǔn)下結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件的抗震性能，包括多遇地震彈性計(jì)算，彈性時(shí)程分析，設(shè)防烈度地震彈性計(jì)算及罕遇地震分析。最后提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)措施，使結(jié)構(gòu)能實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 平面不規(guī)則 立面不規(guī)則 抗震設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-1095-03作者簡介：康凱，工程師，Email:kangkai@siadr.com.cn。Seismic design of the Manor Hotel WestKang Kai(Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design &Research Co. , Ltd. , Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: The Manor Hotel West belongs to ultra-limit structure , which mainly be manifested as irregular plane and irregular facade. Performance based seismic design was used. Structure and component performance were verified under different levers, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time history analysis, elastic analysis under precautionary intensity earthquake, analysis of rare earthquake.
