[摘要]  北京市某既有建筑建于2006年，原設(shè)計(jì)抗震設(shè)防分類為丙類，8度抗震設(shè)防。本文依據(jù)國(guó)家建筑工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中心出具的抗震鑒定報(bào)告結(jié)果，提出了相應(yīng)的加固方案，加固后的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能達(dá)到了相應(yīng)規(guī)范要求，后續(xù)使用年限為30年。

Design and Construction of Seismic Retrofitting of an Existing Building in Beijing

Abstract：The existing building in Beijing was founded in 2003, the original design of earthquake-proof are classified as Class C, with an earthquake fortification intensity of 8 degree. This paper based on the results of the seismic appraisal report issued by the State Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Center, the strengthening method was put forward to achieve fortification class seismic standards and follow-up using period of 30 years for this building.
