[摘要]中國尊大廈外框筒為巨型結(jié)構(gòu),各構(gòu)件內(nèi)力巨大,其布置力求規(guī)則以傳力直接。根據(jù)建筑外形及結(jié)構(gòu)傳力要求,巨型柱分叉后的形心均在同一豎直面內(nèi),同時控制其一角點(diǎn)到幕墻外皮的最小距離,由此確定巨型柱的空間定位。巨型柱均以水平面為控制截面,采用分段折線的形式控制與外完成面的距離,轉(zhuǎn)折標(biāo)高為轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的上弦上皮或下弦下皮標(biāo)高。轉(zhuǎn)換桁架弦桿的截面為平行四邊形,即一條邊水平,另一條邊沿巨型柱外皮,轉(zhuǎn)換桁架腹桿、巨型斜撐以及次框架等構(gòu)件也采用平行四邊形的截面形式。從水平視角看,外框筒結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件不出現(xiàn)重影,構(gòu)件之間的連接也不出現(xiàn)錯邊,保證巨型結(jié)構(gòu)傳力的同時,又完美體現(xiàn)建筑效果。

Integrated design method on the exterior framed tube of China ZUN Tower regarding the architecture and structure

Abstract:The exterior framed tube of China ZUN Tower is a mega structure. Each of its elemental structure can sustain large internal forces and elemental layout should be as uniform as possible to achieve direct load transfer. According to the requirements for architectural features and structure load paths, the centroids of areas should locate in the same perpendicular plains after the splitting of mega columns and the minimum distance between corners and skin of the glass curtain walls was controlled simultaneously to determine the dimensional space orientation of the mega columns. Polylines were used for the mega column horizontal control surfaces to keep the required distance to the outer finished surfaces. The turning levels were at the same levels of upper or lower surface of transfer trusses. The cross sections of the truss chords were parallelograms, meaning two surfaces were horizontal and others were along the skin of the mega columns. The cross sections of truss braces, mega braces and secondary frames were also parallelograms. Double visions of structural elements of exterior framed tube were eliminated from horizontal prospective and the connection between components never appeared the dislocation. With the mega structures efficiency assured, the architectural intentions were achieved.
