天辰大廈主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計

(1 北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,北京 100045;2 北京工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,北京 100124)[摘要]天辰大廈主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)剪力墻主要布置于結(jié)構(gòu)的兩端,兩側(cè)剪力墻距離達(dá)50m。此布置使各層有效建筑面積增大了近10%(消除了繞中間核心筒設(shè)置走道的面積),形成了南北通透的室內(nèi)環(huán)境,避免了中部房間光線差的情況,在建筑功能上收益明顯。由于1層大堂空間需求大,結(jié)構(gòu)采用拔內(nèi)柱方案,并設(shè)置了型鋼混凝土倒V形支撐形成轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了超限內(nèi)容、抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型及特點(diǎn),并采用ABAQUS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了動力彈塑性時程分析。找出了罕遇地震下可能開裂的薄弱部位,在設(shè)計上對其進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng),使各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到了抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]抗震設(shè)計; 高層建筑; 結(jié)構(gòu)布置; 框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號:TU972+.9 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)20-0007-04Structural seismic design on the main tower of Tianchen BuildingGao Jianmin1, Gao Xiangyu2, Xu Jianwei1, Huang Haitao2, Ren Jie2(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 2 College of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124, China)Abstract:The shear walls of the main tower structure of Tianchen Building located in both ends of the building with the distance of 50 meters. The layout increased effective floor area of each story by nearly 10% due to the elimination of the areas of the aisles around core wall, which created good transparent environment from north to south and eliminated dark rooms in the middle. In sum, it improved the architectural functions a lot. Transfer structures of steel reinforced concrete V-shaped braces were used to replace removed inner columns to fulfill the large space demand of the lobby at first floor. The out-of-code items, seismic fortification goal and structural system selection and features were introduced. Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was conducted on the structure by software ABAQUS. The potential weak parts expected to crack under the rare earthquake were found out and strengthened.
