(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]北京市凱特大廈主塔樓為混合結(jié)構(gòu),由鋼筋混凝土核心筒、型鋼混凝土柱、型鋼混凝土梁組成,樓板為組合樓蓋體系(壓型鋼板+鋼梁+混凝土)。根據(jù)本工程建設(shè)地點(diǎn)土層的具體情況,考慮基坑支護(hù)立柱樁和調(diào)沉樁共同作用,對(duì)地基與基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了協(xié)同分析計(jì)算,以解決沉降不均勻問(wèn)題。介紹了地下室設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)為解決基坑支護(hù)在施工過(guò)程及換撐時(shí)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響所采取的措施,并對(duì)樓板開(kāi)大洞及樓板舒適度等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的一些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題采用有限元等手段進(jìn)行深入分析。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土核心筒; 樁基礎(chǔ); 有限元中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)20-0011-05Structural design of Kate Building in BeijingMao Weizhong, Lu Ye, Yu Meng, Zhang Qiao, Zhang Guoqing(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:The main tower of Kate Building adopts hybrid structural system which is composed of reinforced concrete core wall, steel reinforced concrete columns and steel reinforced beams. Composite floor system is adopted which is composed of profiled steel sheet, steel beams and concrete. Considering the specific soil layers of the project construction site as well as the interaction of foundation pit supporting column piles and adjusted piles, collaborative analysis and calculation were made on ground and foundation to solve the problem of uneven settlement. Measures which were taken for the effect of foundation pit supporting on main structures in construction process and bracing substitution in basement design were introduced.
