(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]國(guó)電新能源技術(shù)研究院工程總建筑面積約26萬m2,是由圍樓、弧樓及不同形式的連廊、連橋組成的建筑群。重點(diǎn)對(duì)建筑群各結(jié)構(gòu)單元設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的以下設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行介紹:圍樓頂部因鋪設(shè)太陽能光伏板,在主屋面以上設(shè)置了整層的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)此部分方案的選擇,溫度應(yīng)力、大跨度大懸挑部位的處理;由于圍樓頂鋼柱生根的位置標(biāo)高不同,對(duì)長(zhǎng)短柱的分析;圍樓地下結(jié)構(gòu)超長(zhǎng),解決大體量混凝土溫度應(yīng)力所采取的措施;弧樓平面體型復(fù)雜,其結(jié)構(gòu)的抗扭處理;建筑間的弧形連廊、辦公樓Y形支撐柱等特殊結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的分析計(jì)算。[關(guān)鍵詞]抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì); 圍樓; 弧樓; 混凝土抗裂設(shè)計(jì); 連廊; 長(zhǎng)短柱設(shè)計(jì); Y形支撐柱; 弱連接中圖分類號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)20-0027-07Structural design of Guodian New Energy Technology Research InstituteWang Yang, Wang Xuesheng, Shi Guanglei, Zhou Sun, Guo Liping, Li Pei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The gross floor area of the project of the building group of Guodian New Energy Technology Research Institute is about 260 000m2, and it consists of surround-building ,arc-building and different forms of corridors and bridges.
