(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]北京僑?;▓@廣場地上建筑由4座塔樓(兩座低塔和兩座高塔)以及將建筑覆蓋在其中的環(huán)保罩組成。環(huán)保罩內(nèi)的低塔和高塔在上部樓層均有樓板相連形成雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)。工程存在平面和豎向不規(guī)則,加上環(huán)保罩支承在4座塔樓上,受力情況復雜。提出相應抗震設(shè)防性能目標,從概念設(shè)計出發(fā),并根據(jù)分析計算結(jié)果,按規(guī)范要求采取適當?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)抗震加強措施,提高構(gòu)件的承載力和延性以形成合理的結(jié)構(gòu)破壞機制,改善結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。[關(guān)鍵詞]環(huán)保罩; 連體結(jié)構(gòu); 搖擺柱; 支座; 抗震性能中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)20-0034-04Structural design of Chyau Fwu Green Plaza in BeijingJin Haiqing, Shu Weinong(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Chyau Fwu Green Plaza in Beijing consists of four towers (two lower towers and two higher towers) and the environmental protection cover on it. Both lower towers and higher towers in the environmental protection cover are connected structures with floors connected in upper stories. The buildings are irregular in plane and elevation and have complicated mechanical conditions with supported environmental protection cover on four towers. The corresponding performance-based seismic precautionary objectives of the structure were proposed.
