(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]西安航天城文化生態(tài)園攬?jiān)麻w為純鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的塔式建筑,總高度為110.7m。對(duì)三種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行比較,最終采用鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)筒采用鋼支撐體系,外圍為鋼框架體系,只在建筑的四個(gè)角部設(shè)置框架柱,形成跨度為30m的框架梁。采用素土擠密樁進(jìn)行濕陷性黃土地基處理,采用埋入式柱腳與基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)內(nèi)設(shè)置暗鋼梁相結(jié)合的方式處理柱腳。采用鋼筋混凝土框架骨架形成了較大高度的砌筑墻。工程設(shè)計(jì)完美地實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑意圖。[關(guān)鍵詞]塔式建筑; 鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu); 節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)20-0038-05Structural design of Embraced-moon Tower of Cultural and Ecological Park in Astronautics Industrial Centre in Xi′anChen Lin, Shu Weinong(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Embraced-moon Tower of Cultural and Ecological Park in Astronautics Industrial Centre in Xi′an is a pure steel structure tower architecture with the total height of 110.7meters. The concentrically braced steel frame structure was adopted by comparison of three structure schemes. The core tube of the structure is steel braced structural system, and the exterior structure is steel frame structural system. Four frame columns were set at four corners of the tower to form the frame beam of 30 meters span. Collapsible loess foundation was treated by soil compaction pile. Embedded column footing was combined with in-built steel beam in foundation platform to treat the column footing. High masonry wall was achieved by setting reinforced concrete frame in the masonry wall.
