中國尊大廈樁筏協(xié)同作用計算與設(shè)計分析

[摘要]梳理總結(jié)了北京中國尊超高層建筑樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)思路和設(shè)計成果,應(yīng)用土與結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用原理,將主塔樓與其相鄰裙房作為一個整體進(jìn)行研究與分析,遵循差異沉降控制與協(xié)調(diào)的設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則,設(shè)計過程中樁筏協(xié)同作用的三維數(shù)值分析與樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計密切結(jié)合。通過試驗樁載荷試驗研究超長鉆孔灌注樁的荷載傳遞規(guī)律、荷載沉降的工程性狀、側(cè)阻力變化特征,考慮樁筏協(xié)同作用按變形控制條件合理選擇樁端持力層,優(yōu)化設(shè)計樁長、樁徑和樁間距,樁基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算考慮上部結(jié)構(gòu)、筏板基礎(chǔ)和地基(樁與土)共同作用分析。巖土工程師與結(jié)構(gòu)工程師通力協(xié)作的團隊工作完成了樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計優(yōu)化,超高層主塔樓與裙房之間不再設(shè)置沉降后澆帶,實現(xiàn)了樁筏設(shè)計的創(chuàng)新。

Calculation and analysis of piled raft foundation interaction of China ZUN Tower

Abstract: The technical ideas and design achievements of piled raft foundation design innovations for super tall building of China ZUN Tower in Beijing were summarized. Based on soil-structure interaction principle, the main tower and its podiums were analyzed as a whole according to the design principle of control and coordination of differential settlement. Combination of 3D numerical analysis of piled raft foundation interaction and pile foundation design were accomplished during the design process. Pile load tests were carried out to study load transfer laws, load-settlement behavior and variation characteristics of shaft resistance of super-long bored piles. Considering piled raft foundation interaction for piled raft foundation, reasonable bearing stratum of pile end was selected according to deformation controlling conditions and optimization designs of pile length, pile diameter and pile spacing were carried out. Structural design of pile foundation should consider the interaction of superstructure, raft foundation and foundation (pile and soil). The efficient teamwork of geotechnical engineers and structural designers had play a very important role on achieving innovation in piled raft foundation design and optimization. The post-pouring settlement strip was not set between the main tower and podiums, which realized the innovation in piled raft foundation design.
