唐山巖溶地區(qū)某超高層建筑樁筏設(shè)計與協(xié)同作用分析

(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]工程為唐山市目前在建最高建筑,鑒于巖溶地質(zhì)問題的不確定性和復(fù)雜性,地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計成為工程的設(shè)計重點和難點。工程采用厚板樁筏基礎(chǔ)形式,在地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計與施工過程中做了大量分析、研究、試驗和檢測等工作。著重介紹后注漿鉆孔灌注樁設(shè)計、樁筏基礎(chǔ)與地基土相互作用分析、沉降變形計算分析和試驗樁數(shù)據(jù)分析等,為今后類似地區(qū)超高層和巖溶地質(zhì)條件的地基與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計積累了相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。[關(guān)鍵詞]巖溶地區(qū); 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計; 協(xié)同作用; 后注漿灌注樁中圖分類號:TU473.1 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)20-0115-04Piled raft foundation design and interaction analysis of a super high-rise building in karst areas of TangshanKan Dunli, Fang Yunfei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The project is currently the tallest building under construction in Tangshan City. Due to uncertainty and complexity of the karst geology, the foundation design is the emphasis and difficulty of this project. Thick-plate piled raft foundation was applied in this project. In the design and construction of the foundation, a lot of analyses, study, experiments and tests were carried out. The design of the post grouting bored pile, interaction analysis of the piled raft foundation and soil, settlement calculation of the foundation and data analysis of the test pile were focused on.
