厚層黏性土地基上某超高層建筑樁筏基礎三維數值分析

[摘要]工程位于北京市大望京地區(qū),由一棟200m高超高層辦公樓、配套裙房及純地下室組成。采用樁筏基礎,地基為北京東北區(qū)域典型厚層黏性土,本區(qū)域地層有別于北京城區(qū)的黏土層與砂卵石層交互循回沉積層,厚層黏性土地基對建筑變形影響較大?;诘鼗?基礎-上部結構的共同作用原理,利用巖土工程數值軟件PLAXIS 3D對兩種沉降后澆帶設置方案進行樁筏基礎沉降計算分析,結合施工的便捷性和工程的經濟性,選擇較合適的沉降后澆帶設置方案。并對所選方案進行沉降后澆帶封閉前的基礎沉降、基礎底板內力、基底反力及樁頂反力計算分析,證實了所選方案的可靠性。

Three-dimensional numerical analysis on piled raft foundation of a super high-rise building on the thick-layer clay foundation

Abstract: The project is located in Greater Wangjing area in Beijing and is composed of a 200m high super high-rise office building, matching podiums and basements. Piled raft foundation is applied on the typical thick-layer clay of northeast region of Beijing. The regional strata is different from the clay and sandy pebble layer interaction cycle back to sediments of Beijing city, and such geological conditions impact the building deformation a lot. Based on the interaction principle of soil-foundation-upper structure, the piled raft foundation settlements based on two different post-pouring settlement strip schemes were calculated and analyzed by using the geotechnical engineering numerical simulation software of PLAXIS 3D. Considering with the construction convenience and economy, the better scheme was chosen. The parameters of the chosen scheme before post-pouring strip construction were analyzed and calculated, including foundation settlement, internal forces of foundation base, base reaction and the pile top forces, which verified the reliability of the chosen scheme.
