CFG樁復(fù)合地基增強(qiáng)體偏位影響分析

(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]某工程施工質(zhì)量檢驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)CFG樁復(fù)合地基增強(qiáng)體明顯偏離設(shè)計位置。針對此問題,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場CFG樁復(fù)合地基增強(qiáng)體單樁靜載荷試驗、復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗以及樁間土淺層平板載荷試驗的結(jié)果,對實際狀態(tài)下CFG樁復(fù)合地基承載力進(jìn)行了綜合分析和評估;同時,采用PLAXIS 3D軟件內(nèi)置的樁單元模擬CFG樁復(fù)合地基增強(qiáng)體,分別按設(shè)計樁位和施工樁位兩種情況建立三維數(shù)值模型,進(jìn)行了地基和基礎(chǔ)的協(xié)同作用分析,對兩種情況下的基礎(chǔ)底板的沉降以及基礎(chǔ)底板和基礎(chǔ)梁的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行了對比分析,提出將原設(shè)計中為0.9m厚的筏板增加至1.0m厚的處理措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]CFG樁復(fù)合地基; 樁位偏差; 協(xié)同作用; PLAXIS 3D; 三維數(shù)值分析中圖分類號:TU472 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)20-0126-04Analysis on effect of pile deviation in composite foundation with CFG pilesLu Pingzhen, Yu Donghui, Fang Yunfei, Lu Guochang(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: It was found that CFG piles deviated significantly from the design position in a composite foundation project under construction. According to the static load test on single pile of composition foundation, the static load test of composite foundation and the shallow plate load test on the subsoil surrounding the CFG piles, the bearing capacity of current composite foundation with CFG pile was evaluated. Meanwhile, pile unit built-in PLAXIS 3D was used to simulate CFG pile, and three-dimensional numerical models were see up on conditions of design pile position and construction position respectively to carry out the interaction analysis of foundation and ground. The settlement of foundation slab and internal forces of raft and beams in two conditions were analyzed and compared.
