盾構(gòu)法隧道施工工序?qū)Φ乇砑扔需F路的影響分析

(天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津 300072)[摘要] 以石家莊地鐵一號線一期工程石家莊東站-東杜莊站盾構(gòu)區(qū)間隧道下穿石德鐵路為背景,利用有限元軟件ANSYS14.0建立三維有限元模型,分析預(yù)測盾構(gòu)法施工對既有石德鐵路線路造成的沉降變形及水平變形影響;并對比當(dāng)兩隧道的開挖面前后間隔距離不同時對鐵路的沉降差異,得到:當(dāng)兩隧道開挖前后間距大于24m時,鐵路沉降與先后單獨(dú)開挖兩隧道接近,地表鐵路不再因隧道開挖順序不同而產(chǎn)生附加的變形影響。為以后類似工程施工與設(shè)計提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞] 盾構(gòu)隧道; 地下穿越; 鐵路; 數(shù)值模擬; 沉降控制中圖分類號:U455, U452 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S2-0096-04作者簡介:姜忻良,教授,博導(dǎo),E-mail: jiangxinliang@126.com。Analysis of influence of the construction procedure of metro shield tunnel under railwayJiang Xinliang, Wang Zhenjun(School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: The paper presents the railway settlement in the different excavating sequence of shield tunnel. Take the First phase of line 1 of Shijiazhuang metro under the Shide railway as the background, a 3D finite element model was put forward by means of general finite element program ANSYS14.0 to analyze and forecast the resulting impact of the existing Shide railway on the settlement and level distortion; and the settlement differences of railway were compared when the two different tunnel excavation adopting various intervals between the excavation surface. The results indicate that the subsidence influence close to the successively separate excavation and the excavating sequence will not impact additional settlement on the surface of earth, when the intervals between the both excavations surface larger than 24 meter.
