呼市海亮廣場超高層剪力墻住宅結(jié)構(gòu)設計

(悉地(北京)國際建筑設計顧問有限公司,北京 100013)[摘要] 呼市海亮廣場2#、6#樓為約150m高住宅建筑,為保證建筑的使用功能和房間布局,采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。呼和浩特市抗震設防烈度為8度,塔樓屬高度超限建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。本文介紹了該工程特點和結(jié)構(gòu)設計情況。按照規(guī)范要求,進行了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設計。經(jīng)過多模型的小震彈性分析、小震時程分析及大震靜力彈塑性分析,其工作狀態(tài)和性能均能達到預期性能目標和規(guī)范要求。[關(guān)鍵詞] 結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設計;超高層住宅;剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu);Push-over中圖分類號:TU973+.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S2-0235-05作者簡介:金輝,工學碩士,工程師,一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師,Email:Jin.hui@ccdi.com.cn。Structural design on shear wall structure of the super high-rise residential building in Hohhot Hai Liang PlazaJin Hui, Liu Wei(CCDI Group, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: The No.2 and No.6 tower of the Hohhot Hai Liang Plaza is about 150m high residential building. For the usage and room layout, the shear wall structure is adopted. Hohhot is in the 8 degree-earthquake fortification zone, and they are two ultra-limit high-rise buildings. The characteristics and structural design were introduced. Based on the codes, a performance-based seismic design was adopted. The structure was analyzed with multi-model and software. The result shows that the work state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of performance and criterion requirements.Keyword: performance-based seismic design of structure; super high-rise residential building; shear wall structure; Push-over
