（上海市房屋建筑設(shè)計院有限公司，上海200135）[摘 要]本工程地下部分由2 層地下室和下沉式廣場組成，地上部分主要包括8 幢10~12 層標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房、2 幢12 層綜合辦公樓。本工程軸線間尺寸為245.6m×316.5m，為圍繞17000m2的下沉式廣場組成的10棟小高層建筑群，是目前上海市具有下沉式廣場中面積大、圍繞廣場高層建筑多，不多見的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式。帶下沉式廣場的基礎(chǔ)底板及地下室結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是本工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的特點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。本文介紹相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工情況。[關(guān)鍵詞] 下沉式廣場；后澆帶；多塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號：TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S2-0255-06Structure design of high-rise buildings with a sinking plazaJiang Xiaohong, Xiang Shiquan（Shanghai Municipal Housing Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200135, China）Abstract：The project underground part includes two-storey basement and a sinking plaza, the aboveground part mainly includes eight ten to twelve storey standard factory buildings and two twelve-storey comprehensive office buildings. The foundation mat scale of this project is enormous. The grand base is 245.6m×316.5m. It includes a sinking plaza of a area of 17000 square meters and ten high-rise buildings. This project is the unusual structure type now in Shanghai with the largest sinking plaza and around the greater quantity of high-rise buildings. This is the peculiarity and difficulty of this project.
