世茂深坑酒店基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要] 世茂深坑酒店位于松江采石深坑內(nèi),依崖壁建造,本文討論了該結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索加固后的深坑巖質(zhì)邊坡的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了靜力荷載和大震下的非線(xiàn)性有限元分析。結(jié)構(gòu)頂部的鋼桁架一端連接主體結(jié)構(gòu),一端在坑口通過(guò)預(yù)埋件鉸接于基礎(chǔ)梁,預(yù)埋件采用了結(jié)合工程受力特點(diǎn)和施工需要而研究開(kāi)發(fā)的多道格構(gòu)式構(gòu)件;結(jié)構(gòu)底部結(jié)合場(chǎng)地基巖面標(biāo)高分別采用了箱形基礎(chǔ)和筏板基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)構(gòu)水平地震荷載分別由坑頂崖壁邊的坑口基礎(chǔ)梁和坑底箱型基礎(chǔ)承擔(dān)??涌诨A(chǔ)梁設(shè)置了預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索,來(lái)保證支座承擔(dān)地震水平力并傳遞到遠(yuǎn)離坑口的邊坡巖體??油馊狗炕A(chǔ)采用了嵌巖樁和筏板,離坑口較近的裙房基礎(chǔ)采用了釋放水壓水箱?;A(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中綜合運(yùn)用了樁基、筏板基礎(chǔ)、預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索、箱型基礎(chǔ)等多種形式。

Foundation design of Shimao Chasm Hotel

Abstract: Shimao Chasm Hotel is located in geologic chasm, constructed along the cliff, foundation design of the structure was introduced. The rock slope is reinforced by prestressed anchor cable, and nonlinear finite element analysis of rock slope stability under the action of static load and rare earthquake was carried out. The top and the bottom of the structure are supported by the chasm. The upper steel truss is connected with the main structure on one end, and is articulated on the lattice steel bearing which is embedded in the pithead foundation beam on the other end. The application of lattice steel bearing combined the characteristics of engineering mechanics and the requirement of construction. Box foundation and raft foundation are applied on the bottom. The horizontal seismic load of the structure is taken on by the pithead foundation beam and the box foundation. Prestressed anchor cable is used in the pithead foundation beam, to ensure the horizontal seismic load can be transferred to the slope rock. Rock-socketed piles and the water tank of pressure reduction are used in the annex foundation. Raft foundation, piles, prestressed anchor cable and box foundation were applied in the design of foundation.
