錦州國際酒店塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及分析

（奧雅納工程顧問，深圳 518048）［摘要］錦州國際酒店塔樓平面為南北兩個半徑約為50m的1/4圓環(huán)圍合成中空的近似橢圓環(huán)形平面，南北兩環(huán)在端部相連，北環(huán)為框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，南環(huán)在6層及以下抽柱轉(zhuǎn)換且徑向大部分區(qū)域為單跨框架結(jié)構(gòu)。南北兩環(huán)以及塔樓徑向和環(huán)向的結(jié)構(gòu)體系各不相同。除了設(shè)定塔樓整體的抗震性能目標(biāo)外，對不同區(qū)段分別設(shè)置相應(yīng)的二道防線，同時在設(shè)備層加強(qiáng)南北兩環(huán)的連接，并在南環(huán)設(shè)置了斜撐結(jié)構(gòu)，還按高于規(guī)范要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對南環(huán)框架結(jié)構(gòu)承擔(dān)的剪力進(jìn)行了調(diào)整，同時對南環(huán)單跨部分單獨進(jìn)行驗算，提高了結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。［關(guān)鍵詞］橢圓環(huán)形; 抽柱轉(zhuǎn)換; 單跨框架; 徑向; 環(huán)向; 二道防線中圖分類號：TU973+.16 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2014)24-0043-06Structural design and analysis for Jinzhou International Hotel TowerMa Hui, Wang Yang(Arup, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: Jinzhou International Hotel tower building has an ellipse ring plane consisting of two quarter rings with radius of 50m in south and north. The two arcs contacts with each other at the ends. The northern arc is in frame-shear wall system, while the major part of the southern one is in single span frame along radial direction with transfers at 6 floor due to column reducing underneath. The structural systems between the southern and the northern arc and between the radial direction and the hoop direction of the tower are different. The overall seismic performance objective of the tower was set up and second defensive lines were also set up for various parts of the tower. The connection of the two arcs at mechanical floor was enhanced, bracing was also introduced for the single span frame of the southern arc.
