框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其地震剪力分擔(dān)比

[摘要]使用框架-核心筒相互作用基本力學(xué)特性,對(duì)與地震剪力分擔(dān)比有關(guān)的規(guī)范條文進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。通過(guò)案例分析,詳細(xì)研究了框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的塑性鉸發(fā)展過(guò)程、內(nèi)力重分布以及地震剪力的流向。建立多道防線是抗震設(shè)計(jì)理論的一個(gè)重要組成部分,按現(xiàn)行的設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)框架部分輸入一個(gè)最小地震作用,使框架具有足夠的強(qiáng)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的大震性能目標(biāo),就能貫徹二道防線的概念。屈服后,框架和核心筒之間的內(nèi)力重分布主要發(fā)生在結(jié)構(gòu)的中下部區(qū)域,集中發(fā)生在底部區(qū)域。因此,建議周邊框架承擔(dān)的地震剪力按20%底部剪力和按框架獨(dú)立承擔(dān)25%結(jié)構(gòu)底部總地震剪力得到的框架剪力二者中的小值進(jìn)行調(diào)整。此外,對(duì)于超高層建筑周邊框架剛度的強(qiáng)弱程度,采用扭轉(zhuǎn)臨界屈曲因子替代分擔(dān)比或周期比作為指標(biāo)性參數(shù)似乎更為合理。

Frame-core wall structural system and seismic shear distribution ratio

Abstract:The Chinese code provisions related to the seismic shear distribution ratio were evaluated by using the basic behavior of interaction between the frame and concrete core wall. In a study case, the development of yield hinges was analyzed as well as the redistribution of internal forces and flow path of the seismic shear in the frame-core wall structure. The concept of multilines of seismic defense is an important part of the theory of seismic design. According to the current design procedure, the second line of  seismic defense provided by the frame can be established as long as the frame is  designed to have enough strength by input of a minimum seismic action and to get the expected performance objectives under the rare earthquake. After yielding, the internal forces between the frame and concrete core are redistributed mainly in the lower region and severely in the base region of the structure. Therefore, the suggestion was presented,  that the seismic shear of the frame is modified by the smaller one of 20% base shear and the shear obtained in accordance with the frame independently subjected to 25% of the total seismic base shear of the structure. Furthermore, for the supertall buildings, it might be more reasonable to use the torsional buckling factor as the index to reflect the strong degree of lateral stiffness of the peripheral frame, instead of the periodratio or seismic shear distribution ratio defined in the current Chinese code.
