[摘要]  本項(xiàng)目位于昆明市五華區(qū),A塔樓屬于高度超限的復(fù)雜高層,結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為149.8m,采用設(shè)置加強(qiáng)層的鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。依據(jù)所選定的抗震性能目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了小震、中震、大震階段的性能分析,經(jīng)驗(yàn)算,在采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧┖螅麟A段性能目標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)定的水準(zhǔn)。并對(duì)大開洞樓板、越層柱、溫差工況、伸臂桁架等進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充計(jì)算與分析。針對(duì)各階段分析結(jié)果,提出了針對(duì)性的抗震加強(qiáng)措施。本文可為8度區(qū)同類超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design of A 8-degrees super high-rise building

Abstract: This project is located in Wuhua district of Kunming city, and Tower A is a general irregular super high-rise building with a structural height of 149.8 meters, which adopts reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure with a outrigger story. According to the selected seismic performance objective, performance analysis was conducted for the structure under different seismic performance levels. The analysis result shows that with appropriate measures, the performance objectives of the structure can meet the predetermined levels at different stages. Additional calculation and analysis were conducted for the floors with big opening, the cross-layer columns, temperature conditions and the outrigger truss. Specific strengthening measures were proposed according to the analysis result at different levels. The study of this paper can provide reference to the structure design of similar super high-rise buildings in the regions with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree.
