[摘要] 在超高層辦公樓中，廣東事業(yè)部的塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度均在200m左右，超高層的結(jié)構(gòu)選型，尤其是在經(jīng)濟(jì)性、項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度，復(fù)雜性上的比較顯得更有意義，針對目前廣東市場上超高層辦公樓常用的結(jié)構(gòu)選型，在進(jìn)度，經(jīng)濟(jì)性上分別進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)比較，并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，確定了最終結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

——Discussion on the comparison and optimization of 200 meters office building construction types

Abstract： In super high-rise office buildings, the height of the towers structure that Guangdong department designed is about 200 meters in average. The super high-rise construction types make more sense in the economy, the progress of construction project, and under comparison of the complexity aspects. For current commonly used construction types of the high-rise office buildings in Guangdong market, we made more detailed and specific comparisons in both the progress and the economy aspects respectively. Moreover, the final construction type is decided based on the project schedule.
