[摘要] 委內(nèi)瑞拉TIUNA社會(huì)住房項(xiàng)目是我國從事海外工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)積極嘗試，本項(xiàng)目以當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范為主進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)使用我國規(guī)范進(jìn)行校核，既大量采用了當(dāng)?shù)爻Ｓ玫氖┕し椒ê驮O(shè)計(jì)習(xí)慣，又考慮我國抗震理念和構(gòu)造措施，提高結(jié)構(gòu)的延性；同時(shí)，綜合考慮施工成本，縮短工期等因素優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，引進(jìn)成熟技術(shù)，得到最終的設(shè)計(jì)成果，希望能供從事海外工程設(shè)計(jì)的同行作為參考和借鑒。

Structural design of Venezuela TIUNA Social Housing

Abstract： This paper introduces the structural design of Venezuela TIUNA Social Housing project, which considered both the local traditional construction methods and the advanced China techniques, at the same time make afford to meet the requirement of cost and time. These may be referred to design similar oversea projects.
