[摘要] 昆山創(chuàng)業(yè)園大廈1#辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度143m,為B級高度的超限高層,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用SATWE進行彈性時程分析。整個結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件設(shè)計融入了性能化設(shè)計思想,主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件滿足中震不屈服(局部構(gòu)件中震彈性)設(shè)計目標,并對結(jié)構(gòu)進行大震下的pushover分析。

Structural design on super high-rise building of Kunshan Enterprise Zone Mansion

Abstract: Kunshan Enterprise Zone Mansion is a high-rise building of B-level height with 143m height,the structural system is frame-core wall concrete structure. The elastic time history analysis was used under frequent earthquake by SATWE. The performance-based seismic design principle and method were applied in the structure design. The main vertical lateral members did not yield under medium earthquake, and part of the vertical lateral members remained elastic under medium earthquake. Pushover analysis under rare earthquake was also done.
