[摘要]  對(duì)單K平面內(nèi)外均搭接的空間KK型圓鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)（空間KK-Ov型節(jié)點(diǎn)）的靜力性能進(jìn)行了靜力單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn)研究。根據(jù)隱蔽焊縫的不同焊接方式，共實(shí)施了4個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)。本文介紹了節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)方案，考察了節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能和破壞模式，并討論了隱蔽焊縫的不同焊接方式對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力的影響。試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明，隱蔽焊縫的不同焊接方式對(duì)于節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域應(yīng)力分布和節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞模式有一定影響，但對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力影響很小。

Experimental study on multiplanar overlapped CHS KK-joints with different welding situation

Abstract：To study the static performance of multiplanar overlapped CHS KK-joints both in plane and out of plane(multiplanar KK-Ov joint), four specimens with different welding situation of hidden seam were tested under monotonic loading. This paper presents the test procedure and joint’s mechanical performance and failure mode.Also the effects of different welding situation of hidden seam on the joint ultimate bearing capacity were studied.Results of these tests show that different welding situation of hidden seam has some effects on joint’s stress distribution and failure mode,though, have few effects on the joint ultimate bearing capacity.
