[摘要]  本文介紹了天津某超高層住宅工程抗震設計的實例，對抗震設防烈度7度（0.15g）地區(qū)采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結構體系的超高層建筑抗震設計方法進行了簡要的闡述。文中對結構高寬比、結構布置、性能目標的設定和實現(xiàn)等問題進行了探討。設計中對性能目標具體化，進行了小震、中震的彈性分析和大震下的彈塑性分析，并結合一些加強措施，保證了結構整體性能目標的實現(xiàn)。

Performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building in Tianjin

Abstract: The performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building featured by the shear wall system is introduced. Some subjects such as the height-wide-ratio, the arrangement of shear wall and the performance-objectives are discussed. The structural characteristics and collapse mechanics are studied by means of elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis at different seismic levels。Based on the analysis, some appropriate measures were adopted to ensure the building to reach the performance goals.
