[摘要]  大連某商場(chǎng)改造項(xiàng)目中，在原有工程的南側(cè)接建鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)。原工程按B類建筑進(jìn)行抗震鑒定，結(jié)果滿足要求；接建部分采用鋼框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)，其西南角采用鋼桁架托住上層的鋼柱，并設(shè)置鋼吊桿承擔(dān)一層和二層的荷載，通過(guò)合理的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)，滿足了建筑對(duì)立面和空間的要求。

Structure design of a mall reconstruction project in Dalian

Abstract：The steel frame-central bracing structure is built in the south of the original building in a  reconstruction project in Dalian. The seismic evaluation results of original structure which is according to construction of class B, meet the requirements. In the southwest corner of the new construction using the steel frame-central bracing structure, the project sets steel trusses to hold the upper steel columns, and steel booms to bear load of the first and second floor. Finally, the construction meets all the requirements of building facade and space through reasonable joint design.
