【摘要】  呼市某住宅項(xiàng)目一期工程，含7棟住宅樓和一個(gè)地下車庫，由于地基情況復(fù)雜，根據(jù)各樓的上部情況及地基情況，采用不同的基礎(chǔ)形式或地基基礎(chǔ)處理方式，在結(jié)構(gòu)安全和滿足規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)要求的前提下，保證基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的合理和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Abstract: The first phase of a residential project,  consisting of 7 residential buildings and an underground garage, due to the complex foundation, different design methods was used according to the different foundation condition, on the premise of structure safety and meet the design requirements specifications, to ensure that the basic design is reasonable and economical.
