徐州新城區(qū)A3-2地塊項目地庫 設計優(yōu)化中的若干問題簡析

[摘要]  對于住宅開發(fā)項目,一般要求主樓形象進度達到總高度的三分之一以上才符合預售條件,為了盡早達到上述條件,工程施工順序經常是先主樓后地庫。在建筑專業(yè)滿足配建停車位指標及人防建設面積等要求的前提下,結構如何處理主樓與地庫的銜接對于工程工期、施工難度及成本控制等都有著重大影響。本文以徐州新城區(qū)A3-2地塊項目為例,淺析高層住宅主樓與地庫分離布置方式的選定與結構處理。

Analysis of design optimization of the underground garage in block A3-2 in New District of Xuzhou

AbstractGenerally speaking, for residential projects, when the description of construction progress meets more than 1/3 of the total height, the project can be pre-sale. In order to meet the above conditions as soon as possible, the construction sequence is usually from main building to underground garage. When the limited number of parking space and the area of civil air-defense construction meeting the requirements, how to deal with the sequencing of main building and underground garage has great influence on construction period, construction difficulty, cost control and so on. This paper takes block A3-2 in New District of Xuzhou for example, analyzing the mode selection and the structure processing, under the condition of main building and underground garage be separated as a typical representative of high-rise building.
