多尺度模型在貝殼形單層網(wǎng)殼分析中的應(yīng)用研究*

[摘要]基于多尺度建模方法,在有限元分析軟件中實(shí)現(xiàn)了局部模型和宏觀模型的連接,將整體結(jié)構(gòu)中受力復(fù)雜的節(jié)點(diǎn)用實(shí)體單元建立,利用ANSYS軟件中的多點(diǎn)約束方程連接梁單元與實(shí)體單元,同時(shí)建立了雙支座有限元模型,精確模擬了節(jié)點(diǎn)域的邊界條件,對比研究了傳統(tǒng)梁單元模型與多尺度有限元模型在自重與溫度荷載作用下的計(jì)算結(jié)果,結(jié)果顯示梁單元不能精確模擬整體結(jié)構(gòu)中受力復(fù)雜區(qū)域的受力狀態(tài),對受力復(fù)雜區(qū)域應(yīng)采用高階單元建立模型。研究表明多尺度建模方法能夠有效地應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的整體分析中,可在計(jì)算精度和計(jì)算代價(jià)中尋求較好的平衡點(diǎn)。

Application of multi-scale model in analysis of conch-shaped single-layer reticulated shell structure

Abstract: Based on the multi-scale modeling method, the connection of local model and macroscopic model was realized in finite element analysis software, and joints with complex mechanical condition in the overall structure were established with solid elements. With multi-point constraint equations in ANSYS software, beam element and solid element were connected to establish the double bearing finite element model and joint domain boundary conditions were accurately simulated. Comparative study of calculation results of the traditional beam element model and multi-scale finite element model were carried out under the effects of gravity and temperature loads. The results show that the beam element can not accurately simulate the stress state of complex stress region in the overall structure, and high order element should be used to establish the model of regions with complex stress. Research shows that multi-scale modeling method can be effectively applied in the overall analysis of the complex structure, and a better balance between accuracy and calculation cost can be found.
