鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻受剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

(中國建筑科學(xué)研究院,北京 100013)[摘要]通過11片高寬比為1.5、軸壓比為0.5的鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究,對比了不同連接形式鋼板混凝土組合墻受剪破壞形態(tài)、極限承載力及延性性能。試驗(yàn)表明,鋼板-混凝土組合墻中型鋼、鋼板與混凝土可很好地協(xié)同工作,而且四周焊接的鋼板-混凝土組合墻可大幅度提高受剪承載力,而延性與普通配筋墻相當(dāng)或略高;采用連接板與周邊型鋼連接的鋼板-混凝土組合墻,其承載力提高幅度取決于連接板的強(qiáng)度,延性性能較好?;诔休d力疊加原理提出的鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻受剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算公式與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,并具有適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩?,同時(shí)還提出了鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻受剪截面控制條件的建議公式。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻;受剪承載力;小剪跨比;延性;受剪截面控制條件Experimental study on shear behavior of steel plate-concrete composite wallSun Jianchao, Xu Peifu, Xiao Congzhen, Sun Huizhong, Wang Cuikun(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:By quasi-static test of 11 steel plate-concrete wall specimens with different types of connection, the shear properties are studied for the shear failure mode, bearing capacity and hysteretic behavior. The height to width ratio for the specimens is 1.5, and the axial compression ratio is 0.5. The test results show that embedded steel shapes and steel plate can work together with the reinforced concrete. The steel plate-concrete composite shear walls with four edges welded have much higher strength, and their ductility is almost equal to or slightly higher than that of reinforced concrete wall. The shear strength of the composite wall using connecting plate depends on the connecting strength, and the ductility of these types of walls is better. Based on the superposition principle, the calculation formula of the steel plate-concrete composite wall shear strength is suggested, from which the calculated results are quite consistent with the experimental data, and has adequate safety degree as well.
