河南藝術(shù)中心藝術(shù)墻共享大廳結(jié)構(gòu)體系穩(wěn)定性分析

[摘要]河南藝術(shù)中心40m高懸臂玻璃藝術(shù)墻采用了“單層索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)-平面鋼管相貫桁架主體結(jié)構(gòu)”體系。主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計是結(jié)構(gòu)安全的控制因素。應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)體系非線性屈曲分析方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計,在進(jìn)一步分析結(jié)構(gòu)幾何體系設(shè)置、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點約束條件、初始幾何缺陷、構(gòu)件材料彈塑性、荷載分布、計算子步數(shù)等各種因素對結(jié)構(gòu)體系穩(wěn)定性影響的基礎(chǔ)上,采取加強措施,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

Performance analysis and design research of the structural overall stability of the art wall and shared hall of Henan Provincial Art Centre

Abstract:For Henan Provincial Art Centre, the deep cantilevered glass art wall, 40m high, employs a structural system of the single layer cable-net sub-structure combined with the major structure of in-plane intersecting weld pipe truss. Global stability of the major steel structure is considered to be a key controlling factor on structural safety. Nonlinear structural global buckling analysis is employed to design the structural overall stability performance. In addition, some strengthening methods are conducted to ensure that the whole structure is safe, based on the global stability performance by considering the factors, such as further analysis of the structural geometric arrangement, constraint condition of the key connections, structural initial geometric imperfection, elastic-plastic material of the structural components, load distribution, and computational load su-steps.
