索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)-主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點計算分析與試驗研究

(1 中國航空工業(yè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院,北京 100011; 2 北京交通大學,北京 100044)[摘要]河南藝術(shù)中心藝術(shù)墻為“單層索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)鋼管相貫桁架主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)”體系。轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點是實現(xiàn)主次結(jié)構(gòu)共同工作力學效應(yīng)、保證整體結(jié)構(gòu)安全的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點之一。主次結(jié)構(gòu)的連接轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點有著與普通鋼節(jié)點完全不同的索鋼接觸單元的特殊構(gòu)造,受力復(fù)雜。設(shè)計應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件對索鋼轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點進行帶接觸單元的彈塑性有限元計算分析,并進行足尺節(jié)點試驗研究,確認了該復(fù)雜節(jié)點力學性能計算設(shè)計的正確性,確保了該類關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的安全性。[關(guān)鍵詞]轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點;接觸單元;點-面接觸;面-面接觸;節(jié)點試驗;等效摩擦系數(shù)Computation analysis and test research of the cable-net substructure-major steel structure exchange joint of the theatre of Henan Provincial Art CentreGe Jiaqi1,Zhang Mansheng1,2,Zhang Ling1,Wang Shu1(1 China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute, Beijing 100011, China;2 Beijing Jiaotong University,Beijing 100044, China)Abstract:The art wall of Henan Provincial Art Centre is a structural system of the single layer cable-net substructure-the major steel structure of in-plane intersection weld pipe truss. The exchange joint is one of the critical joints, which realizes the mechanics effect of the coincident work and ensures the global safe structure. The exchange joint between the major and minor steel structure with complex mechanics is totally different from the normal joint. The ANSYS finite element analysis software is employed to perform elastic-plastic contact analysis for the exchange joint.
