某底框結(jié)構(gòu)房屋地基不均勻沉降事故原因及加固處理

(1 湖南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院， 長沙 410082； 2 湖南大興加固改造工程有限公司， 長沙 410082)［摘要］地基不均勻沉降與建筑物安全密切相關(guān)，正確分析地基不均勻沉降的原因及提出合理的加固方案是預(yù)防事故發(fā)生及處理事故的重要內(nèi)容。通過對承重構(gòu)件開裂較為嚴(yán)重的某底框房屋的調(diào)查評估，發(fā)現(xiàn)地基不均勻沉降是引起該房屋出現(xiàn)上述情況的主要原因，利用軟件PKPM，ANSYS分析地基不均勻沉降對該底框結(jié)構(gòu)房屋構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力重分布的影響并加以對比分析，得出內(nèi)力增大構(gòu)件的位置與裂縫開展構(gòu)件位置相吻合；并以此為依據(jù)，對該房屋提出了地基及上部結(jié)構(gòu)的加固處理方法，加固后房屋已處于沉降穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，裂縫和變形沒有再繼續(xù)擴展。［關(guān)鍵詞］底框結(jié)構(gòu); 不均勻沉降; ANSYS; PKPM; 地基處理中圖分類號：TU433 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)09-0043-05Reason and treatment of an uneven foundation settlement accident of a bottomframe structure houseChen Dachuan1, Cao Rongwei1, Shi Chuxian1, Dong Shenghua2, Hu Jianping1(1 College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China;2 Hunan Daxing Reinforcement ＆ Reconstruction Engineering Co., Ltd., Changsha 410082, China)Abstract:The uneven settlement of the foundation is closely related to the safety of the building, and to correctly analyze the reason of the uneven settlement of the foundation and put forward a reasonable strengthening scheme are important contents for the accident prevention and accident treatment. Through the investigation and evaluation of a bottom frame structure house with seriously cracking damaged bearing components, it comes to the conclusion that the uneven settlement of the foundation is the main reason. To compare the effect of foundation uneven settlement on internal force distribution of the bottom frame house, softwares of PKPK and ANSYS were used to draw that the location of the component with increased internal force is agree with the location of the component with crack development. Based on this, a strengthening method of the foundation and upper structure of the house was proposed.
