銹蝕鋼筋再生混凝土梁試驗研究及剛度分析*

[摘要]通過12根不同鋼筋銹蝕率下粗骨料取代率為100%再生混凝土梁的靜荷載試驗,分析鋼筋銹蝕率對再生混凝土梁的破壞形態(tài)、裂縫發(fā)展規(guī)律、荷載-撓度曲線、平截面假定的影響。結(jié)果表明:當鋼筋銹蝕率小于10%時,梁由于材料強度遭到破壞而發(fā)生彎曲延性破壞;當鋼筋銹蝕率大于10%時,梁由于鋼筋與再生混凝土的粘結(jié)失效而發(fā)生粘結(jié)-剪切脆性破壞;隨著鋼筋銹蝕率的增加,鋼筋與再生混凝土之間的粘結(jié)性能先增加后降低,但再生混凝土梁承載力將逐漸降低;在逐級加載過程中無論鋼筋銹蝕率大小,再生混凝土梁正截面混凝土應(yīng)變變化仍滿足平截面假定要求?;谄胀ɑ炷亮嚎箯潉偠纫?guī)范公式,引入鋼筋應(yīng)變不均勻系數(shù)的修正系數(shù),建立了銹蝕鋼筋再生混凝土梁抗彎剛度的計算方法。

Abstract:Static loading tests were carried out on 12 recycled aggregate concrete beams with 100% coarse aggregate replacement rate and different corrosion rate. The effects of steel bar corrosion ratio on failure modes, crack development law and load-deflection curves and plane-section assumption of recycled aggregate concrete beams were analyzed. Results show that when the steel corrosion rate is less than 10%, bending ductile failure occurs because the strength of the material is damaged. When the steel corrosion rate is greater than 10%, beam bond-shear brittle failure occurs because bond failure between steel bars and recycled concrete. With the increase of steel corrosion rate, the bond performance between steel bars and recycled concrete increases first and then decreases, but the carrying capacity of recycled aggregate concrete beam gradually decreases. The strain change of the normal section of recycled concrete beam still meets the requirements of plane-section assumption regardless of the rebar corrosion rate in step-by-step loading process. Based on the code formula of concrete beam flexural stiffness, correction factor of steel strain uniform coefficient was introduced,and calculation method of bending stiffness of corroded reinforced recycled concrete beam was established.
