深圳大梅沙萬科總部上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)綜述

[摘要]萬科總部位于深圳市大梅沙海濱,由落地筒體、實(shí)腹厚墻及柱支承離地10~15m的上部4~5層結(jié)構(gòu),形成底部開敞空間,上部結(jié)構(gòu)中間跨越50~60m,端部懸臂15~20m。針對(duì)這個(gè)特殊的建筑功能要求,經(jīng)過多方案技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)最終采用了國(guó)內(nèi)外首創(chuàng)“斜拉橋上蓋房”的理念,利用預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索和上部首層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋及上部鋼筋混凝土樓屋蓋的水平剛度和承載力,將上部4~5層混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)重力荷載傳遞至落地筒體、墻、柱。重點(diǎn)介紹該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選型與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理念,施工順序的合理確定及模擬,拉索張拉、錨固端節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)研究及結(jié)構(gòu)在各種作用下的工作性能。

Abstract:Wanke Center is located in the beach of Shenzhen. The whole building floating about 10~15m high from the ground is supported by several tubes, walls and columns. The spans of 4~5 stories of superstructure are 50~60m with ends cantilevers of 15~20m. The concept of “building on the cable-stayed bridge”is adopted in the structural design, i.e. using active prestressed cable, first steel frame structure and the horizontal stiffness and bearing capacity of the supper reinforced concrete floors to transfer the supper 4~5 stories building gravity to the tubes, walls and columns. It focuses on the selection of the structural system, the structural design philosophy, the structure construction sequence, the cable tension control criteria,key nodes and the performance of the key structural members.
