[摘要]天津盈信金融大廈為B級高度的超限高層,結構選用SATWE,PMSAP和MIDAS三種軟件分別建模分析結構在多遇地震作用下的抗震性能,采用靜力彈塑性分析方法(Pushover)對結構在罕遇地震下的抗震性能進行分析,并針對關鍵構件設定了性能目標的要求。根據計算分析結果,結構能夠實現預期的性能目標。

Structural design of Tianjin Yingxin finance building

Abstract: Tianjin Yingxin finance building is an ultra-limit high-rise structure of B level height. The analysis results with SATWE, PMSAP and MIDAS software under frequent earthquake were carried out. Pushover method under rare earthquake was used to verify the structure′s seismic response and the performance objectives of the members were carried out. The analysis results show that the structure can achieve the desired performance objectives and the structural design is rational and safety.
