先張法預應力鋼絞線錨固長度試驗研究*

[摘要]為研究疲勞荷載作用下先張法預應力鋼絞線的錨固長度,對3根梁式錨固試件進行了疲勞荷載作用下的疲勞試驗。根據(jù)疲勞后靜載試驗時鋼絞線的應力應變和粘結應力,分析了鋼絞線的粘結錨固機理;對比中國規(guī)范、美國規(guī)范和歐洲規(guī)范中鋼絞線錨固長度得出,中國規(guī)范中鋼鉸線的錨固長度具有較大的安全儲備,且大于美國規(guī)范和歐洲規(guī)范中鋼絞線的錨固長度。[關鍵詞]預應力; 錨固; 拉拔試驗; 鋼絞線; 滑移中圖分類號:TU378.8 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)15-0102-04

According to the stress-strain and bond stress of the steel obtained in the post-fatigue static load tests, the bonding anchorage mechanism of the steel strand was analyzed. The comparisons of the anchorage length of the steel strand in Chinese, European and American standards were progressed, and results show that the anchorage length of the steel strand in Chinese standards is the longest with large safety reserve.Keywords:prestress; anchorage; pull-out experiment; steel strand; slip
