不銹鋼箱形截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件整體穩(wěn)定性有限元研究

[摘要]為研究不銹鋼箱形截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定性,采用ANSYS軟件對奧氏體和雙相體兩種不銹鋼箱形截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,模擬中考慮了材料的非線性本構(gòu)模型、構(gòu)件的初始幾何缺陷、殘余應(yīng)力的影響。重點(diǎn)通過不銹鋼箱形截面構(gòu)件在軸壓作用下的荷載-位移曲線、截面應(yīng)變發(fā)展情況及極限承載力對其整體穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行闡述。通過對比有限元模擬值、試驗(yàn)值以及根據(jù)規(guī)范計(jì)算的承載力,認(rèn)為采用ANSYS軟件能對不銹鋼箱形截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確地模擬,殘余應(yīng)力對箱形截面的極限承載力影響較小,《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)不適用于不銹鋼整體穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract:In order to study the overall stability of stainless steel box-section members under axial compression, the ANSYS software was used to carry out numerical simulation on the overall stability of austenitic and duplex stainless steel box-section members under axial compression. The nonlinear constitutive material model, the initial geometric imperfections and residual stress distribution effect were considered in the simulation. The overall stability of box-section stainless steel members under axial compression was illustrated through load-displacement curves, strain development and the ultimate bearing capacity. By comparing the ultimate bearing capacity of finite element simulation, experiments and specification predictions, the ANSYS software can be proved accurately simulating box-section stainless steel members under axial compression and that residual stress slightly affects the ultimate bearing capacity of box-section stainless steel members. The Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003) is not applicable for the overall stability design of the stainless steel members.
