一種實(shí)用的鋼柱腳抗剪鍵設(shè)計(jì)方法

［摘要］《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（GB 50017—2003）雖然規(guī)定可以設(shè)置抗剪鍵抵抗鋼柱腳底部的水平力，但并沒(méi)有明確說(shuō)明抗剪鍵的設(shè)計(jì)方法。深入研究了抗剪鍵的設(shè)計(jì)方法，首先根據(jù)抗剪鍵與混凝土接觸面的平截面假定及混凝土的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系，給出鋼柱腳抗剪鍵的計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖，然后對(duì)抗剪鍵的極限抗剪承載力進(jìn)行分析，推導(dǎo)出抗剪鍵受力平衡方程，提出一種可用于一般抗剪鍵的實(shí)用分析模型，給出抗剪鍵埋入長(zhǎng)度及其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)力的確定方法和抗剪鍵截面的驗(yàn)算方法。通過(guò)理論分析和試驗(yàn)對(duì)比可以看出，采用本文理論分析方法可以較為準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，并有一定的安全儲(chǔ)備。［關(guān)鍵詞］鋼柱腳; 抗剪鍵; 極限抗剪承載力; 埋入長(zhǎng)度; 分析模型; 設(shè)計(jì)方法中圖分類號(hào)：TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)07-0052-04
A practical design method for shear key of steel column baseLu Jiasen(Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute, Shanghai 200125, China)Abstract: Although Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003) suggests that shear key can be set to resist the horizontal shear force of steel column base plate, the design method for shear key is not clear. The design method for shear key was deeply studied. First, based on the plane section assumption between shear key and concrete contact surface as well as the concrete's stress-strain relationship, the simplified calculation diagram of shear key of steel column base was put forward. Then ultimate shear capacity of shear key was analyzed and the force balance equation of shear key was deduced. A practical analysis model for general shear key was proposed. The determination methods of the embedded length for shear key and its design internal force were proposed as well as the section calculation method of shear key. Through the theoretical analysis and test comparison, the suggested theoretical analysis method can accurately predict the test results, and there is a certain safety reserve.Keywords: steel column base; shear key; ultimate shear capacity; embedded length; analysis model; design method
