焊接殘余應(yīng)力對蜂窩梁整體穩(wěn)定性能的影響*

[摘要]焊接殘余應(yīng)力導(dǎo)致蜂窩梁截面纖維過早達(dá)到屈服,并降低了蜂窩梁截面的抗側(cè)扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度。為了研究殘余應(yīng)力對蜂窩梁側(cè)扭屈曲的影響,根據(jù)蜂窩梁殘余應(yīng)力試驗測量結(jié)果和簡化分布模型,編寫了描述殘余應(yīng)力大小和分布的ANSYS初應(yīng)力文件,并在非線性分析中以此來考慮殘余應(yīng)力對蜂窩梁側(cè)扭屈曲的影響,使對蜂窩梁的整體穩(wěn)定性能的研究更加完善。結(jié)果表明:殘余應(yīng)力對蜂窩梁彈塑性側(cè)扭失穩(wěn)的影響很大,其中翼緣兩側(cè)殘余壓應(yīng)力峰值對蜂窩梁側(cè)扭失穩(wěn)的影響最為顯著。[關(guān)鍵詞]殘余應(yīng)力; 蜂窩梁; 側(cè)扭屈曲; 整體穩(wěn)定性中圖分類號:TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)21-0035-06
Effects of welding residual stresses on overall stability of castellated beamsChen Xiangrong, Wu Gang, Ran Hongdong(School of Civil Engineering, Xi′an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi′an 710055, China)Abstract: The influence of welding residual stresses on castellated beams causes premature yield and loss of torsional stiffness of castellated beam section. To study influence of residual stresses on lateral-torsional buckling of castellated beams, the initial stress files of ANSYS software which described the magnitude and distribution of residual stresses were compiled according to the measured results and simplified distribution pattern of the residual stresses on castellated beams. The effects of the residual stresses on the lateral-torsional buckling of castellated beams were considered in non-linear analysis, to improve the investigation on the overall buckling behavior of the castellated beam. The results show that the residual stresses significantly affect the elastic-plastic lateral-torsional buckling of the castellated beams and the amplitudes of compression stresses in two sides of flange perform the most significant effects.Keywords: residual stress; castellated beam; lateral-torsional buckling; overall stability
