[摘要]預制超大剪力墻由于自重和尺寸較大,在初期混凝土強度不是很高的情況下脫模起吊,容易使墻板產生裂縫或發(fā)生危險,因此保證墻板的完整性和吊裝的安全性是極其重要的事情,必須進行吊裝內力分析,運用力學計算方法合理確定起吊吊點位置,以減少初期起吊對墻板的損害。

A hoisting method analysis of large prefabricated shear wall

Abstract: Precast large shear wall because of the advantages of post-cast flat-fell seam less, fast installation, high space utilization and fast mold assembly, has been gradually began to be used in prefabricated houses and apartment projects. But due to large weight, under the condition of the early strength of concrete is not very high formwork lifting, it is easy to make wall cracks or danger, thus ensuring the integrity of the wallboard is extremely important and the safety of the hoisting, lifting internal force analysis must be conducted, adopting reasonable hoisting method.
