[摘要]天津?yàn)矰地塊1號(hào)塔樓為鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),地上高度197.3m,附帶4層裙房,屬于超限高層建筑。在進(jìn)行超限高層抗震設(shè)計(jì)中,重點(diǎn)闡述基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)和樓層質(zhì)量分布對(duì)超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的影響。

Abstract: Tianjin Wan D Block 1# is a concrete filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure with height of 197.3 meters, attached to the four storey podium, belonging to the high-rise building. Based on seismic design of high-rise buildings, it mainly focuses on the influence of variable stiffness leveling design and floor quality distribution on the super high rise structure design.
